Well-equipped hotel located in a peaceful area short walk to Alexanderplatz or Prenzlauer Berg, the right trams and the city centre & atttractions. Residential location along with abundant and excellent breakfasts. 10 minutes walk from Berliner Allee Street: )

Fast check-in, polite staff (there are Russian speaking staff). The room is spacious, there is a kitchenette (stove, all necessary dishes, cutlery). Two bottles of beer and two waters are free daily. According to the employee, free access to the sauna and fitness room (they did not check themselves, there was no time). The restaurant is good enough, the cuisine is open until 23 hours, which is advantageous in case of late arrival; we stopped about 22 hours after a long drive, looking for a cafe nearby, there was no strength or desire, as a result of which we enjoyed a snack at the hotel. The Internet is fast, it doesn't stop.

Not a good location - the subway is not nearby, you can get to the most convenient by tram from Alexanderplatz.

Had nice stay at excellent value, the staff were courteous, location was stunning in a very quiet and nice area. We had the double room and it was very specious and fairly quiet with comfortable beds...

The location of the hotel is great and stunning, close to a lake and a park. Cafe Cafe Friedas Gluck, located 1 km away, was a nice surprise.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, to participate in the Marathon. It's only 45 minutes to the centre by tram + metro! 200 metres from the hotel is a supermarket. Nice, very cozy, clean rooms with balcony. Friendly staff, speaking no problem in English and even in Russian (manager Nino!) . We had a kitchen corner with refrigerator, cutlery, microwave, stove, kettle and dishwasher! Free beer and water in the fridge were very helpful! Free Wi Fi in the whole hotel! Delicious and quite diverse breakfasts, which on Sunday morning even had champagne. Near the hotel there is a good (to our taste) Italian restaurant La Familia, where it was delicious, cozy and not expensive.

A 4-star hotel in Berlin turned off the hot water for one day! The weather outside was cool +15 or 17 degrees, it was raining, and we could not take a hot shower! :((

What a wonderful stay at the Living Hotel! The room was bigger than expected, with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. The complimentary beer and water were a nice touch. The breakfast selection was great, with delicious bread rolls and a different sausage each day. The area felt safe, with easy access to public transportation. The WiFi was fast and reliable. I highly recommend this hotel for a great value stay.
